What you can expect from us
We work normal office hours from 8 - 4 on Mon - Fri.
All orders will be attended to within 24 hours of receipt - weekends excluded.
Typically, you can expect a reply within 8 hours of placing an order during working hours.
Your parcel will be sent by standard airmail letter or parcel post, depending on the number of items ordered.
What we expect from you
Once we have confirmed your order and requested payment, we will expect to receive payment from you within 48 hours (weekends excluded) of us having sent the notification. (Credit card payments are processed as soon as we receive your order.)
Please check your emails regularly once you have placed an order.
Should payment not be received, the items ordered will be placed back into stock and your order canceled.
